Commercial EPCs
Our EPCs are headed up by James Skinner who is recognised as one of the most experienced Commercial Energy Assessors in the country. James has unertaken over 6000 Commercial EPCs and has literally seen it all. He is able to pass this expereince, giving expert advice to our clients.

Land Registry Plans
Land registry lease and title plans are headed up by Andrew Bramham. He has a vast array of experience in this area. We will be able to help you, whatever your specific requirement may be. We are happy to provide advice on the phone or in person.
Why have a Land Registry Lease or Title Plan drafted? Some of the more common reasons to obtain a Land Registry Plan are as follows:
A lease of seven years or more is being granted
A section of land forming one title is being split or two or more titles are being joined
Land in a title or a property is being split into multiple dwellings, you may require more than one plan
