UK Land Registry Plans and its entities is fully insured for Land Registry Plans, Commercial EPCs, Fire Risk Assessments, Energy reports, Floor Plans and CAD work along with other services.
UK Land Registry entities are NOT VAT registered and as such DO NOT CHARGE VAT.
All our employees are fully qualified in the fields we are advertising our services and as needed carry the accreditation or / and experience to carry out the service
Land Registry Plans
Upon accepting the quotation the client becomes or will delegate a Responsible person for the Land Registry Plan, if no one is delegated the person accepting the quotation will be the responsible person to who we primarily liaise with throughout the service.
Upon accepting the quotation UK Land Registry Plans will negotiate a time and day to arrange a site visit if applicable with the responsible person.
If we require a second visit to double check items, this will not be charged to the responsible person or client
The Responsible person is required to provide the full extent of the works needed on site before the site visit, as multiple site visits may require extra cost
If UK Land Registry Plans or their entities can not get access to the premises on the arranged time and date agreed with the responsible person, we have discretion to charge an aborted fee
UK Land Registry Plans will send the responsible person a checklist to complete before the on site survey or before the desktop exercise is undertaken
The Responsible person will complete and send back the checklist back to UK Land Registry Plans before the work is undertaken to the best of their knowledge
UK Land Registry Plans and their entities are not responsible for the final production of the Land Registry Plan, the final decision if it is correct, is made by the responsible person after the drafts have been sent over to be checked for accuracy and needs from the lease/ deeds.
UK Land Registry WILL produce a plan compliant with current Land Registry requirements, if however this needs to be changed via a request from the Responsible person, we take no responsibility it will be passed by Land Registry.
The Responsible person has the final say on the Land Registry Plan and will approve the plan to be finalised and issued
UK Land Registry Plans do not lodge their plans with the Land Registry application process.
If an OS map has been purchased to produce the Land Registry Plan, the Responsible person can request to have the CAD Dwg of the map as it is licensed for 12 months to be used.
Payment for Services
UK Land Registry Plans will invoice the responsible person or third party if told otherwise with 7 days remittance
UK Land Registry Plans will send over a Draft of the plans to be approved by the responsible person before the 7 days has elapsed
UK Land Registry will not release the final drawing / plan before full payment has been made
If longer than 7 days remittance is required please bring this to our attention before the work is carried out.
UK Land Registry Plans will happily amend the plan up to 3 times if necessary
UK Land Registry Plans will happily provide extra copies of the plan after completion but only to the responsible person or the permission to distribute with their direct communication with us
UK Land Registry will happily help with any questions on the Land Registry Plan with the responsible person.
